If you are not satisfied with DataChat AI for any reason, email refunds@quantelisai.com within 14 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days, licenses are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
